Navitas 600A DC to AC Kit for EZGO TXT 48V Curtis 1206HB

Move your E-Z-GO TXT off outdated DC power and onto a modern AC drivetrain. This Navitas conversion kit is built specifically for TXT carts running the factory Curtis 1206HB controller, and it replaces that stock setup with a 5kW AC motor and a 600 amp TAC2 CAN controller. The change is immediate: dramatically stronger torque, smoother acceleration off the line, and a noticeably quieter ride for you and your passengers.

An AC drivetrain is also simply more efficient than the DC system it replaces, so you gain speed and pulling power while getting more out of every charge rather than less.

A Genuinely Complete Kit

This is the most complete package Navitas builds for the TXT. Along with the motor and controller, you get the adapter harness, the speed sensor and motor temperature harness, the motor phase cable, the controller mounting plate, a run/tow switch mounting plate, the on-the-fly programmer, and all the hardware and instructions needed to finish the job.

The controller's small footprint and low profile mean it drops into place on most carts with no cutting and no modifications, so installation stays clean.

Tune It Two Ways

The included on-the-fly programmer puts adjustment on the dash. Turn a knob while you drive to change speed, acceleration, and regenerative braking, so you can respond to a hill or a heavier load without stopping.

For deeper setup, the TAC2 controller supports CAN, RS232, and Bluetooth, giving access to virtually every setting the system has — current limits, maximum speed in both forward and reverse, and battery over-discharge protection among them. The Navitas Dashboard app handles all of it from your phone, along with real-time performance data and service reminders. On carts running CAN-enabled batteries, the system also reports accurate state-of-charge readings.
